The fact that you sent a survey for a hotel that was a homeless shelter and did not figure out we re-booked after we arrived to no hotel just demonstrates the lack of attention to detail.

We stay here to get to the ravens game quickly. And I also stay here because they give you a free breakfast. But that was a disappointment this year.

Breakfast was fine, with eggs, cinnamon rolls, pancakes and more. Room was basically clean. Towels were good. Shower was fine. Housekeeping did a good job
